Yoga is a pathway to honoring your true Self. Through movement, alignment, meditation and energy flow, yoga can teach you to find refuge in your own body and mind. The practice will meet you right where you are.

Join me for my signature “Yoga for Joy!” classes, offered on most Fridays. Class includes beginner-friendly meditation, use of yoga props, poetry, and a profound theme. Some yoga experience is necessary; class is taught at level 1.5 and up. Registration recommended.

I truly enjoy working with students to develop a highly personalized yoga practice. Typical sessions are designed for students who wish to work on letting go of something (such as shame, grief, anxiety or dark feelings). Others wish to find more stability or reduce stress.
